Prithla Master Plan 2041 - Summary
The Final Development Plan 2031AD Prithla was notified for the development of an industrial hub in and around rural settlements. The area is well linked with National Highway-44 and the Delhi-Mathura Railway line. The nearest station is Asaoti. The development plan for Prithla was notified for the development of a new industrial township.
The integrated development plan for Palwal and Prithla is envisaged for the development of Palwal Town & Prithla Industrial township in a unified way, utilizing and improvising the socio-economic and physical infrastructure available in the area.
The permissible activities given under main land uses shall be allowed under the policy/parameters approved by the Government and/or at sites as approved by the Competent Authority in the Sector/Colony/Scheme Plan. A lot of small- and large-scale industries have been established in Prithla and surrounding areas, generating the job opportunities.
