It is characterized by a complex ethnic and religious diversity, a history of wars and conflicts, and a strategic position between Europe and Asia.

Scandinavia: This includes countries like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland. It is characterized by Nordic culture and identity, high quality of life and social justice, and close cooperation in the Nordic Council.
