Ad-Badri master plan 2031 - Summary
Tirth Ad-Badri is located at a distance of about 42 Kilometres from Yamuna Nagar and about 18 Kilometres from Bilaspur towards its north. A village link road (Ranjeet Pur- Kathgarh road) connects the place with the Bilaspur-Dhanora Road. The shrine is situated on a low hill of shivalik at a height of about 455 metres from mean sea level adjoining the State boundary of Himachal Pardesh. The average annual rainfall is about 1250 mm. The average sub surface water level is about 50 feet deep, having PH value ranging from 7.5 to 8, which is considered good for crops as well as drinking purposes.
The development to conform to sector plan and zoning plan: Except as provided in regulation IX, no land within major land use shall be allowed to be used and developed for building purposes unless the proposed use and development is according to the details indicated in the sector plan and zoning plan or the approved colony plan in which the land is situated
