YEIDA Master Plan 2041 – Features

• Aviation hub expansion: One of the major highlights is the expansion of the aviation hub around Noida Airport, with the dedicated area dedicated to the airport being increased to 6,286.7 hectares. The master plan also focuses on establishing aviation-related industrial units, such as aircraft engine manufacturing.
• Industrial and multi-use zones: New industrial sectors like 8A, 8B, and 8C will be developed, along with multi-use sectors 7, 8, and 31B. This will prevent illegal construction around the airport and provide dedicated space for aviation industries.
• Olympic Park: To foster sports and recreation, the plan includes the development of an Olympic Park in sectors 22F and 23B. This park will feature Olympic-level infrastructure, boosting both sports culture and tourism in the region.
• Korean and Japanese cities: Special economic zones will be developed, including a Korean City in Sector 4A and a Japanese City in Sector 5A, promoting international business and trade partnerships.
• Hospitality and residential sectors: New sectors dedicated to hospitality, such as 23G, 23I, and 23E, will also be developed to support the growing tourism and business influx expected due to the airport and industrial growth.
