The Chandauli Majhwar railway station, located on the Delhi–Howrah line, serves the district and the surrounding areas.
It is a significant station on the Delhi-Howrah route and is part of the East Central Railway zone.
The station has five platforms and is situated at an elevation of 80 meters. The history of the station dates back to the mid-nineteenth century when the East Indian Railway Company started connecting Delhi and Howrah.
